Healthy Eating Tips

When you’re picking your food from the Entree menu and want to make it healthier, there are some things you can do. Here are some simple tips:

  • Choose Grilled Chicken:Pick things like the Grilled Chicken Sandwich or Grilled Nuggets. They’re better because they have less unhealthy stuff.
  • Pick Whole Grain: If you can, choose buns or wraps made with whole grains. They have more good things for your body.
  • Add More Veggies: Make your meal better by adding extra vegetables. You can put them in your sandwich or get a side salad with lots of colors.
  • Watch Your Sauce: Some sauces have a lot of calories. Try to pick lighter ones, or ask for the sauce on the side so you can use less.
  • Drink Water or Unsweetened Tea: Instead of sugary drinks, go for water or unsweetened tea. It’s better for you and has less sugar.
  • Don’t Overeat: Keep an eye on how much food you’re getting. You can choose a smaller size or share a big meal with someone to have less but still enjoy Chick-fil-A.
